Phoropter – Fully computer controlled instrument to measure an individual’s refractive error.

Slit lamp – The health examination of the eye, enabling anatomical diagnosis of a variety of eye condition, such as cataract.

Auto refractor – is a computer controlled machine used to provide an objective measurement of a person’s refractive error, this machine can also measure the intra ocular pressure (IOP) which is important in the evaluation of glaucoma.
