1. Accounts Executive / Account Assistant
   • Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
   • Able to handle full set of accounts, preferable in property management industry
   • Able to work independently
2. HR Executive
   • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma the related field
   • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
   • Knowledgeable in Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and Statutory regulations
   • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
   • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
   • Experience in handling UBS computerize payroll system is advantageous
3. IT Executive
   • Degree / Diploma in an IT related qualification
   • Minimum 1 years’ working experience in IT infrastructures i.e. networking, system administration, hardware and applications technical support
   • Familiar with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Action Script, PHP, JavaScript, Photoshop or CS Suit and internet browser related knowledge preferable
4. Customer Service
   • Female, aged between 18-30 years old
   • Min SPM, fresh graduates are welcomed
   • Good command of English / BM / Mandarin
   • Good interpersonal and communication skill
5. Admin Clerk
   • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
   • Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin
   • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
   • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
